If your teen needs medication management, you deserve a provider who knows your child, not just their file. Ask who the psychiatric provider is, how often they’re on campus, and whether they participate in team meetings.
Staff turnover matters too. A school with high clinician burnout is not a stable healing environment. Ask about average tenure and what they do to support their staff.
